Opening Up

Staff arrive onsite, all kennel buildings are unlocked ready for the day to begin.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served to all pets who are booked into to be fed during this time, please let us know your individual requirements as we can cater to them accordingly.

Morning Walks

Morning walks begin, every dog is taken for a walk around our on-site fishing lake. Dogs sharing a kennel will be walked together, if your pet is stopping in their own kennel you have the option of them walking with another dog during their stay.

Accommodation Cleaning and Playtime

Once all the dogs have been walked in the morning, cleaning begins. Every pet apartment is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant with all water dishes changed and fresh water put down. Once dry, kennel hatches are opened for access to both inside and outside areas.

Dinner Time Walks

Any dogs booked for extra walks are taken for a dinner time walk around our on-site fishing lake.

Dinner Time

Pets who are booked in for dinner time feeds are fed between this time, any dogs on extra walks are walked prior to having their midday meal. Please let us know your individual requirements as we can cater to them accordingly.

Relaxation Time/ Grooming

Dogs are free to do as they please during these hours, any dogs booked in for baths/ brushing are taken to the grooming parlor during this time.

Afternoon Walks

Afternoon walks begin, every dog is taken for a walk around our on-site fishing lake. Dogs sharing a kennel will be walked together, if your pet is stopping in their own kennel you have the option of them walking with another dog during their stay. Once dog walks are finished hatches are closed and your pet remains inside.

Kennel Runs Cleaned

Once all the dogs have been walked in the afternoon, kennel runs are cleaned. Every kennel is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant with all water dishes changed and fresh water put down.

Tea Time

Dinner is served to all pets who are booked into to be fed during this time, please let us know your individual requirements as we can cater to them accordingly.

Lock-Up

All pets are checked, ensuring every guest is properly bedded down for the night before each block is locked.
